Bird print for spring

A new style for spring - bird print

Whilst it is still incredibly freezing outside and therefore SO hard to think of anything but wrapping up warm in many, many layers – a lot of us are starting to turn our attentions towards a new season. I, myself, have been looking ahead at the spring & summer collections in the shops and already lusting over many pieces for myself once the weather improves and the daffodils are in full bloom.

Spring/summer promises so much more for our wardrobes this year – colour, pattern, texture and print. And one print in particular that is proving popular currently is the bird print. Think shirts, jumpers, skirts, tees.

I must say that the ‘new in’ section in Oasis looks absolutely amazing right now! Oasis has always been such a favourite of mine over the years; I love their styles and the prices are always so reasonable. However, right now everything looks amazing and I could buy so much.

They kindly sent me this lovely outfit – which is a pink bird print jumper, black trousers and these uber gorgeous pumps. The whole outfit is PERFECT for me…not only is it practical but also really stylish too (and on trend). These pumps are going to be my BFF for this year I can tell!

You can shop more from the Oasis new in collection here – and these are some pieces that I want to pick up myself soon!

Have you picked up any bird print pieces yet?

Love, Jess x

You can’t beat a good pink jumper. I have lost count of how many I have now. Like you I also have a thing for grey too though, convenient that the two go together so well. I haven’t looked in Oasis for a while, I will have to have a peek x x

Pink and grey is such a lovely combination, I won’t lie I’ve never really shopped in Oasis and I’m not a fan of a bird print but it looks so cute on you. Those pumps on the other hand look so comfy x

Thanks hun! Do you know I really debated over what to select but decided to go for something brighter than my usual choices. I really like it and think that pairing it with plain black works best xx

I really do love a bird print. I even have bird print wall paper in my bedroom. I used to shop in Oasis a lot but haven’t done in years. Think I may need to have a little look. Your pictures are beautiful.

Jess girl I think you need to come dress me. You always pick things I have been drooling over or wanting or would love on me too. I love this outfit. Although you rock the no socks with tennis shoe look far better than I ever would. I love this and then buy some and it never feels or looks the same on me with no socks and flats. I am stuck in either ankle boots, ballerinas shoes forever.. 🙁 Win win on the outfit lady. #WRC

I used to be a big Oasis shopper pre kids, but tbh it was mostly work clothes. Office dressing was so much easier. I’ve come to realise I don’t actually know my own style. There’s a task for this year! Love the jumper and you just can’t beat black slacks xx

I blooming love Oasis! It’s been a while since I shopped in there but I love these pieces. That bird jumper is lovely, it looks perfect for those cooler spring days too! I’ll definitely be treating myself once the breastfeeding is over!!
