At home: an Easter brunch

An Easter brunch

This Easter bank holiday weekend we haven’t actually got lots of busy plans, (which suits us fine). We have just got back from a few days up North visiting my Mum and my Sister and so it is really nice to land home and catch up.

Our plans for the holidays include relaxing together, hoping the weather stays dry (please, please) and maybe catching up with some friends/popping out and about.

Life has been absolutely non-stop and VERY hectic lately – with work, holidays, preschool and family visits. Easter is therefore an ideal time to re-charge and unwind, as well as enjoying some delicious food & treats!

The very lovely people at Homesense & TK Maxx kindly sent me a voucher recently to get some items for our family home to enjoy a lazy Easter brunch together. So I popped along a few days ago and picked up a few Easter-related goodies, as well as some lovely new homeware for our kitchen table.

We set the kitchen table for a tasty snack of hot cross buns.

The homeware items shown in the images above are either purchased from the stores HomeSense or TK Maxx.

Happy holidays everyone and enjoy your long weekend!

Love, Jess x

I love the green bunny, your table looks awesome, so pretty, I’d love to pop by for a hot cross bun and a chat, if I didn’t live so far away. #Homeetc

What a beautiful table and setting. I love how the flowers and bunnies add a touch of colour to it.

Love the table settings and the roses in a glass jar are so simple but so very effective. It all looks fab. How far up North is up North BTW? #HOMEETC

I love that little green bunny! And I agree, when you’re busy and have been away and rushing around, there’s nothing like staying at home Xx #HomeEtc
