A style that I keep being drawn to more and more lately – is that of Parisian. I’ve noticed that a lot of the images I subconsciously ‘like’ on Instagram, the outfits I tend to ‘pin’ on Pinterest and the articles I like to read online are heavily influenced by the French style, in some way.

After I had my boy & girl twins (back in 2012) I was somewhat prepared for some challenging things that were going to happen to me. These included my body taking a long time to recover after a twin pregnancy & major operation (c-section), as well as knowing that I’d probably feel incredibly tired and busy all the time.

Over the last few years (since becoming a Mum) I’ve not been one to obsess or spend lots of money on hair, make-up and beauty products. I always fancy trying new products out, but never really know where to start. I don’t always feel all that confident trying new brands either (over the years I have predominately stuck to the…

Mother’s Day can be such a lovely day, whereby amazing Mums across the world get treats such as a cup of tea in bed, personalised card and a bunch of flowers too. Since we moved as a family to Worcestershire 6 months ago, due to Hubby’s work, I have really missed my Mum. I miss her coming to see us each week, helping me out with the twins, and being able to do nice things and days out with her. I know she misses them too. And although my parents are only 2.5…

At this time of year – winter time – fitting exercise into my busy life is pretty tough going. There seems to be so much going on socially, plus the winter mornings and evenings are just dark, and grim. My motivation levels for exercise can be low – and I can find it a real challenge to grab my trainers and go…
